Server Migration News We are excited about opening our new tech center and tech support office. Our new facility has new fiber optic lines from multiple providers that will offer our customers faster and even more reliable service than before. 8/18/03 We have completed our migration! We hope you enjoy the extra speed! The North East power outage forced us to speed up our migration to our new facility. A process that we had planned on completing at a steady pace over the next two weeks was completed in a matter of 36 hours. I want to thank our team for their dedication and intense efforts during this time, so we could keep our customers running with as little inconvenience as possible. Now that we have migrated, we are setup to handle any similar power situations, since we have multiple ISP providers using Fiber Optic lines with our own 1400 pound UPS battery backup bank that will keep us going in case of any extended outage.
