4/25/01 We have just completed a major upgrade to our control panel server. We have converted our original UNIX routines over to our new Dell Windows NT servers housed in our expanding server facility. We think you will notice a rather dramatic speed increase when you save your pages and especially when you send your pages to your live site with the SEND RIGHT NOW button. Our control panel was designed to be fast before, and with the updated program and facilities, it is now even faster. We have also made a number of other improvements based on customer feedback. One change is that LINKS that you created manually or with the Link Helper are now automatically updated when you change a Page Name. Our program will automatically search for the old page name in your links and change them to the new name automatically. In the past, only the automatic links on our interface buttons were updated. You will notice an improved "background" screen, which now allows you to jump quickly to various colors. You will find other updates on the BUTTONS screen, LINK ORDER screen and various other screens throughout the system.  3/12/01 We just installed a new Page Style called "E-MAIL FORM" that you will find added to your list of styles on your control panel. The E-MAIL FORM style allows you to create a custom response form. Your Website visitors can fill out the form with the information you requested. You will receive the completed form via e-mail. If you already have a SiteRightNow site, here is how to create an E-mail Form: 1. Create a new page (use the ADD PAGE button on the main control panel) 2. Choose E-MAIL FORM as the Page Style That’s all you have to do to create a standard form. To modify the form by adding or deleting questions, just click the WORK ON CONTENT button and fill in the requested information Check out the default E-mail Form on our site. Instant E-Commerce!  1/31/01 SiteRightNow now supports a number of on-line e-commerce systems that you can integrate into your site. 1/9/01 We have been busy keeping up with customer demand for SiteRightNow Instant Websites. We have just finished moving into our new Server facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. The server facility is ideally located close to our headquarters and within a few hundred feet of a telephone company switching station, which enables us to use very fast and reliable Internet lines. We have been working hard to make a "transparent" upgrade to our new facility as we move Websites to new servers at the new location. With the methods we have been using, customer Website service should not be interrupted. If you experience any problems viewing your Website, let us know at help@siterightnow.com. Now that we are settled into our new facility, we will be able to concentrate on completing the installation of new features, such as our On-line E-commerce Shopping Cart and the Custom Response Form style as outlined on our Coming Soon page . We expect these features to be installed in January. Add Your Own Meta Tags!  10/7/00 Many of you have requested that we give you a way to add your own Meta Tags to your Web pages. Meta Tags are hidden codes that some search engines use to rank your page. We just added a button on the bottom of your control panel that you can click to easily create your own Meta Tags. A simple form is displayed where you can type in your Web page title, description, and search key words. After entering the information on the form, the meta tag programming is done automatically for you! Feel free to request other features. 10/7/00 Hit counters provide an easy way to keep track of your Website traffic. We have been experimenting with a number of hit counter and statistic services to decide which ones to offer for our customers. Many of the hit counters we have tried have caused pages to load slowly. The best counter we have found so far that loads quickly and easily is the one you can find at the bottom of our home page called FastCounter by bcentral. If you would like us to place this counter at the bottom of your home page, simply e-mail us at help@siterightnow.com and we will add one to your site. Please include your Website name along with the starting number for your counter.
